What are you looking for? A subdivision lot or acreage? Consider what utilities are available in your area: sewer/water/electricity, and what it means for your buildout. You might also want to consider whether or not the property has building restrictions (size, height, landscaping) or requires membership within a Home Owner’s Association.

Our Adair Homes construction professionals will meet you at your desired property. Their trained eye and years of experience will provide site-specific feedback on home placement, potential views, and any areas that could affect the budget including drainage, water containment, and soil composition.

Design & Feasibility Meeting

Next, you’ll work with Adair Homes Designers to finalize a floor plan. You can choose one of the hundreds of professionally drawn home plans on our website, or create your own custom floor plan. Select material packages like cabinets, flooring, and fixtures. Want a bigger pantry? How about another window in your den? Bring all of your ideas—big and small—to our design and feasibility meeting and we will walk you step-by-step through your desired home plan.

We can’t wait to give you the keys to your brand-new home! Before we start laying the foundation, however, we’ll review and finalize your total project costs together. We want to ensure that our partnership results in the house of your dreams.
