I was happy with the whole process, from start to finish, which was about 4-5 months. Every time I called or talked to someone, I would get calls right back. Even if I still didn't understand it, they would call back again or meet with me. It was perfect and better than I expected.

"I am writing this to express how happy we are with our new home, which was built by Adair and completed in early April. The St. Maries model we had built is located near Deer Park. It was wonderful to work with Bruce Adams, as he did an outstanding job as superintendent of our project. We were not living in the area, while the house was being built, but we had confidence that the work was of high quality and was done in a timely manner. We were amazed how fast the project progressed, even with very harsh and inclement winter weather. Bruce was always available to answer questions or address issues. He would return my calls immediately. He also kept us updated on progress, and gave us a heads up when it was time to think about our next owner responsibility. This helped us plan our trips to Deer Park, so we could make them efficient. It also helped us plan and communicate with the contractors we had to coordinate with, so there were minimal delays. He communicated clearly and effectively. Bruce was very knowledgeable and had good recommendations when we had a question about specific details, such as when to have our disposal bin delivered, and when to have the water ditch dug. There was an issue with one of the stove burners and one of the bathroom faucets when we moved in, and Bruce followed up to ensure those issues were fixed quickly.<br /><br /> The process was a learning experience. It wasn't always easy coordinating the owner responsibilities, but we could relax, knowing we were in good hands in the building department. From the very beginning of the process, working with John Adler and Alliance Financial Services, through the construction phase working with Bruce, to the completion of our dream home, we were very happy with the product provided by Adair. Thank you for the great work you guys are doing."
