We also pay 100% of the premium for a basic life insurance benefit for all full-time employees. We offer the following lines of coverage for our employees, their spouses and dependents:

We offer a competitive 401k Plan with a 2.5% employer match. We partner with NWPS to offer the best retirement investment options, and planning advice. NWPS web portal allows you to easily manage your investments. In addition, you can roll former employer 401k plan money directly into your NWPS account.
Starting with your first paycheck, all full-time employees are eligible for PTO which is accrued on a bi-weekly basis. In the first two years, you earn 120 hours of PTO. Starting from the third year onward, your accrued PTO gradually increases. Additionally, our employees also receive 8 paid holidays throughout the year.
