Visit an Adair Design Center and meet with a Home Ownership Counselor to discuss your new custom home project. Submit a refundable deposit to get the process started.
If Needed, secure pre-approval for financing through our in-house lending partner, Adair Financial Services, which specializes in construction financing.
Our team will arrange to meet you on-site at your property, during which we will assess your site's unique characteristics. After reviewing your build site, our team will establish site development allocations with out trade base to cover all costs of preparing your site for your new Adair Home.
Next up, we'll present you with a comprehensive overview of your total project cost, encompassing your home, land, site development, and permitting. If your project is determined to meet your comfortable budget, we will proceed with signing documents and ordering your new Home!
